Service Description
High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a great way to burn more fat in less time. Fit for Change's HIIT classes offer a high intensity workout and use a mixture of short and long intervals to improve cardiovascular fitness. We create a different workout for every HIIT class to keep it fun and unique.
