If you want to build power and strength, Fit for Change's 'Get Strong' class is for you.

 

The trainers will take you through all of the foundational movements for building strength including lower body, upper body and core strengthening exercises.

 

You will also train the functional movement patterns that help you complete day to day tasks easily as you age which increases confidence, independence and longevity.
